Getting closer to the customers with data driven insights
As customers’ experiences are shifting to digital channels vast amounts of data is created around behaviors and preferences.
During spring 2019, Ahlsell Labs ran a 6 week long experiment to analyze data from internal systems to derive new insights on behavioral drivers behind profitability. The experiment included a cross-functional team from Ahlsell.
During the experiment an RFM model was built for customer segmentation. The segmentation model will be further explored through new experiments in creating relevant and engaging customer marketing and customer dialogue.
